USB Key partition repair?

Hey guys...

So, I totally screw two of my USB sticks last night attempting to push FreeNAS - embedded onto them with physdiskwrite.

I extracted the img from the FreeNAS distro using 7-zip.
Navigated in CMD(with administrator rights AND all auto-play turned off with a group policy/regedit).

physdiskwrite -u FreeNAS

Everything worked as it should, but I got an error on the device when it copied, so it only copied 2mb of data.

On a second usb key(I thought maybe the first one was just a dud) it copied up for 466mb and errored out.

Now the issue I have run into is a cannot for the life of me figure out how to bring these USB key's back to their full capacity.

The first one was 4Gb, and the second 8Gb. The first is now stuck at 2mb(no matter how I format it) and the 2nd one at 466mb.

I've attempted to use bootice, and various formatting tools with diskpart, but nothing I do seems to want to give me back the full capacity of these disks.

Anyone have any idea here?
 
Hirens Boot Disk has a bunch of clutch file utilities that might help here. It's free, too
