USB front panel connector with older MB?

I have a compute that I just installed into a new case.

The new case has front panel USB connections, but the MB I have does not have the pins to use this. Is there a USB card I can buy so I can still use the front panel USB?

Thats odd, all the one's(PCI USB cards) I have seen do not have internal pin connections. They have the regular USB ports on the inside for the drive bay style USB hubs. Do you have any links to one that has the Intel style pins?

This Koutech model has internal USB pin ports.

The reviews of it seem to be okay.
