I just transplanted the guts from my 4GB OCZ Rally2 into the casing from my old 1st-gen 512MB Cruzer Titanium, and I'm left with the Titanium's guts which don't have a case at the moment(the Rally2 casing is too narrow for the PCB unfortunately). So now I'm basically just looking for ideas about what to put it in. Preferably things that I don't have to pay for ;). All suggestions are welcome :D.

Those are actually too big for it, the PCB is only 1.5cm wide(5/8").

I'm thinking dark acrylic with a bunch of brass bolts - something more or less see-through and kind of sci-fi industrial.

Two pieces of thick acrylic with a core cut out for the board. A Dremel with a router attachment can do wonders in this case.
