USB/Firewire/Audio Breakouts

I need a good breakout box that will fit in a 5 1/2" bay that will give me access to my USB, Firewire, and Headphone/Mic ports on the front of my computer. The only breakouts I can find that do this also contain Flash media plugs as well and I don't want to junk up my computer with huge flash media drives I will -never- use.
Is there a breakout that has just the above features (it can have a temp LCD or whatever else, just no ugly flash media drives)
