USB Doesn't see Headset?

Okay, so I've got the new Saitek Cyborg 5.1 headset. I plugged it into the USB port and it worked fine. I came home from work and it stopped work. If I plug it into my keyboard (G15) USB ports, it says power limit reached and doesn't work. If I plug it into any other port on my PC, the system does NOTHING.

Is there a way to clear the USB cache or somesuch so it sees the headset again?
