i just bought a 52 in 1 usb 2.0 card reader, it is directly under my floppy drive. The connection is 9 pins, and one blacked out hole where there is no pin. On the MOBO there is this 9 pin connection, except the little blacked out pin is on the reverse/opposite side, so i cannot use it. My audigy sound card however does have the correct USB-9 pin connection. I plugged the reader into the audigy and there is no power running to it, no response from computer..ect..
I go to install the drivers but in order to do this, windows has to detect the new hardware. How do i get my computer to recognize that i've plugged in the reader.
