I'm looking for a USB cable that is 50', 75', or 100' in length. The cable needs to be a A-B type (Its for a printer). Does even such a cable exist? I've looked and searched and can't come up with anything. Do longer usb cables hinder data transmittion?

If you get 8 of these you'll have an 80ft cable for $20. I don't know about data deterioration at long lengths, it probably depends on the device and the watts used.

The USB standard specifies that the maximum USB cable length is about 16 feet (5 meters), but you can have a run of up to 30 meters if you use powered hubs.

That is way out of spec for USB cables so I doubt you will be able to find anything that long. Though I believe there are active USB extender devices that use cat5 cable and I think they can go up to 100 feet or so.

Yes, you need powered repeaters for cable lengths above 5 meters. Certainly, for distances above 50 feet, passive cables won't do the trick.
