There are more USB 3.0 flash drives out than there are reviews on them. If you're really concerned about finding the fastest flash drives available, you'll need to conduct a few searches on "good usb 3.0 flash drives" (or some variant thereof).
Having said all of that, I picked up a couple of Transcend USB 3.0 drives (here) and I'm liking what I see so far. It seems to me that even the slowest USB 3.0 drive runs better than most USB 2.0 drives, even if you're running them on a USB 2.0 port.
I've been using this one for over a year now with no issues whatsoever. The case is sturdy (titanium) and the cap still fits properly despite riding around loose in my pocket all the time. Approx $25 for the 16GB version isn't bad on cost either.
