I don't have a computer with USB 3.0 yet and I am buying an external 3.5" Hard Drive enclosure that has a USB B 3.0 Connector
The reviews stated that the included cable is too short so my question is can I plug a normal USB B 2.0 into the USB 3.0's B as I have a ton of USB cables lying around and I really don't want to buy a 3.0 cable just to get a longer cable

I am really picky about the looks of the case and the one I really like has been Discontinued so I found This and I like the looks of it and If I ever get a USB 3.0 compatible MB I would be prepared

Yes and no. the end going into the pc is the same, but the end at the device is different. If you are using a USB extender cable, I dont see a problem.
