Getting an iRiver iHP-120, and i'm gonna want to add some USB 2.0 support to my desktop to be able to transfer things semi-quickly. Is there any difference in "quality" of a USB card? Or is price pretty much just determined by ports? Two i'm looking at right now are:

http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=15-102-008&depa=0

and

http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=17-111-751&depa=0
(free shipping, so price is actually pretty close to the other card)

Any difference between these two other than the # of ports? Will the quality of the card affect transfer speeds at all? Thanks for any advice.

They are all based on a very small number of chipsets, and all work pretty much the same.
