So far I found products online ranging from 100 bucks or more Is there some easy and low cost way to do this? I already have the ethernet wired at both sides.

What device are you trying to send over the network wiring? There may be a better solution if we had some more details ... ??

May 24, 2012 #3 T tonyyy Limp Gawd Joined Nov 10, 2009 Messages 306 I ended up ordering an active usb extension cable from monoprice. i got a 65' cable and it is able to power the webcam fine compared to the usb 1.0 over ethernet. i will be running this through the attic and wall this weekend to hide the cable
