I am on the Tmobile Network. Looking to get a Galaxy S7 edge. Found a new one but it is on US Cellular network. Confused a little because it says it's CDMA network but also says it's unlocked. According to US Cellular all their new smartphones are unlocked.

It doesn't mention any SIM Cards. Will it work on a Tmobile network?

All modern cell phones that make use of 4G LTE networks will have a SIM card in them, all of them, because of how 4G LTE network technology works. Now as for whether or not the same cellphone offers GSM capability as well as CDMA capability (in your example) it's tough to say. Taking a quick check at http://willmyphonework.net/ and finding the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge for US Cellular the model number should be SM-G935R and the results are... <drumroll please>... that phone should work fine on T-Mobile's 2G and 3G network in the 1900 MHz band and also their 4G LTE network using bands 2 (1900 MHz), 4 AWS (2100 MHz) and their newest with band 12 (700 MHz).

So yeah, you should be good to go. US Cellular is an MVNO that uses Sprint CDMA networks but also GSM networks as well depending on the location so their devices sold by them directly almost always have both CDMA and GSM support in the same device without any major issues. You should still make sure with US Cellular - not just info on their website but by calling them - to verify the device is carrier unlocked for GSM operation which is what will matter with T-Mobile more than anything else. Also, if you can get the IMEI number before the purchase you can check to make sure T-Mobile will allow it using their IMEI checker:

You won't get T-Mobile Wifi Calling or VoLTE unless you flash the T-Mobile firmware to your device. It's not exactly beginner friendly, but it's simple if you take your time and read the instructions a few times beforehand.
