I sit in front of a computer almost ALL day (my job). I need a good ergonomic chair that can recline (whose back moves independently from the seat, whose incline is ADJUSTABLE INDEPENDENTLY IN DEGREES), has a headrest, and that is leather. I also would like a chair whose seat does not wear out/flatten so easily so that my a** is in pain after a few hours of work.

I was looking at these:

My preferred budget is about $200.00. And please, no Herman Miller. I dislike those chairs. Don't ask. ;)

I need to know before 3:00PM EST today, as that's my time limit from my employer.

Thanks for all you guys' help.

The only true way to choose a chair, is to test it out. And the only ture way to test one out, is to sit in it. Personally I perfer a Lazy Boy, but you get what you can get.

Unfortunately I don't have the time to test the chair. :( I know what you are saying is true; I just can't do it right now, so I'm sorta depending on you guys' opinions.

You can always strap a cushion to the seat (hell, even keep a spare or two around to rotate, if needed) if finding the "exact perfect" chair is too difficult or said chair is too expensive.

You're right. I've got a cushion that I use at home on my cheap "executive" chair; it's comfortable, yet, it's too small, and it's getting flat, and does not compensate for the lack of reclining. Ouch, I could already feel my back hurt just thinking about it. :(
