I really do not know what is going on

Yesterday my computer randomly started getting BSODs, so I turned down the FSB which helped.It was prime95 stable and played games fine. Then at a random time last night it BSOD'd again and this time when I started it up all these random characters started showing up on the screen.

So then I shut it off and restarted and it said "BIOS CHECKSUM BAD" and prompts me to insert a floppy with the bios file on it, I flashed the bios to the newest version and it worked for a while. Then today the BSODS started happening again. It was working fine until I started up a game and then it froze, now when I turn it on I get the BIOS CHECKSUM BAD error, I'm thinking either my video card or motherboard. Something is seriously f***ed

Im going to reflash and try to reinstall the video card drivers.

Please help

Update: I just flashed it AGAIN and its still showing bios checksum bad when it starts. I really think the motherboard is totally screwed.

Update2: got it to boot, reinstalling graphics card drivers.
 
make sure all the fans are working. if these arent heat crashes, sounds like a part is dying, probably psu, mobo, or cpu. only way to find out is swap a part, then stress test. could be two parts (blown psu could blow mobo), so if it doesnt work at first, start swapping 2 parts at a time. good luck

But the weird thing is when windows does work, (I got it working now), its prime95 stable. It messes up when I try to do something such as play a game, which leads me to believe the graphics card is broken, maybe I should reseat it? Im reinstalling the drivers now.
 
ok after the video card driver reinstall it seems to be working ok, just played carbon for like an hour with no crashes. Ill update later if it happens again.
