UPS Reccomendations

Alright I do not own a UPS that works. I have one that the batteries are shot and the unit may be as well. SIster found it on side of the road. Batteries are 100 bucks or so each.
I have been looking at this http://www.walmart.com/ip/APC-450VA-Back-UPS-ES-120V-8-Out./12321684 but I am wondering is it any good? I know people on the website says so but it is walmart. I will only be pluggin my phone PC and External bay into it, and maybe the wireless router and PoE for the receiver outside.

Looking at spending right around 60 because I will not be getting enough back from my bookstore return for college to try and buy a nicer 200 dollar unit. I don't mean to be cheap in this case but I really do not need much of a UPS because if Power goes out my Pc shuts down quick normally anyways. Also this unit has the 75000 protection on it.

Do you know how much power your PC uses? If not list what you currently have in your system. How long do you want the system to be operational during power loss?

I would only need like minute and a half of uptime because I would not be using my system if power went out.

I personally use APC - Back-UPS XS 1500, have had no issues with it.
