I recently moved from the USA to New Zealand and as a result I can't use my old UPS. I really need one for my computer and I've been torn between getting the $450NZ IBM 750THV and the $250NZ IPT Leonics Acura 650va. I've never heard of this NZ brand and I was wondering if anyone could help with the brand decision.

to tell you the truth I havent heard of it either
and Leonics gets no returns at the OCNZ or OCAU forums

I'm currently using an old-ass IBM (couple of years under it's belt), which is better than nothing. I might upgrade to a newer one, but that remains to be seen. Either way, I'd think IBM is a good name to trust....been around a good while, don't ya think? lol
