I currently have a Coolmaster Cosmos 1000 series case which houses my Intel Core 2 Quad 2.4 GHz running at 3.4 GHz. I have a eVGA Geforce 8800 GTX KO superclocked on an Asus P5W DH Deluxe motherboard with Mushkin HP2-8500 996578 (2x1GB) ram and at the heart of my PC an Antec 1000 watt power supply. I made some modifications to the case as you will see and managed to house my Thermochill PA160 radiator inside of the case.
My loop currently consists of the following:
Swiftech MCP350 pump
Swiftech Microres
Swiftech Apogee GT CPU block
Aquagrafx 8800 GTX block
Thermochill PA160 radiator with a 120mm shroud
Tube diameter: 1/2" OD, 3/8" ID

In the next 2 weeks I will be picking up the new pieces of my watercooling setup, this is what I have in mind so far:
AlphaCool AGB-Eheim 600 Station II Pump
Hardware Labs Black Ice™ GT Xtreme 120mm Radiator (in addition to my PA160)
Thermochill PA160 Radiator (using my current one)
Swiftech Microres (using my current one)
Danger Den Fill / Drain port
Burkle Flow Indicator
EK Supreme Universal CPU Waterblock
EK-NB/SB ASUS1 Chipset Waterblock (Acetal) x2
EK Asus 3a Mosfet Water Block
EK-FC8800GTX Full Cover Waterblock for nVidia 8800GTX (Nickel Plated)
A-60 Neoprene Tubing with Swiftech Smart coils.
If you can see in my pictures the top of the Cosmos case has 2 120mm exhaust fans which I plan on mounting the Black Ice under.
This will be my second watercooling attempt and after reading the forums a great deal I found that the EK products are pretty much the best but I am still confused as to if all of the products I have listed will work with a 1/2" OD, 3/8" ID configuration. Also I have been using the Swiftech HydrX coolant, but I was wondering if there was anything better that is antibacterial, anticorrosive and coolant in 1.
I was also thinking about putting one of these in my loop - AquaTuning In-Line Coolant Temperature Monitor Coupler 1/4" OD. But I was wondering is there a way to hook up a 1/4" OD into my 1/2" OD, 3/8" ID with an adapter of some sorts. Do you all think that this is worth it or is it more of a novelty?
I would greatly appreciate any help as I want this to be a sick setup.
