I'm new to the LCD world, going to be upgrading from a CRT and I am not sure on all the specifics on LCDs. So far I am been thinking about these two

I really would like to go windscreen, but $300 seems cheap for a decent widescreen LCD, and I really cant spend more then $400 on the monitor. So what do you guys think about those two and what would you recommend?
