Hello! I am in need of some advice, and am turning yet again to the great folks at [H]ardForum for some guidance!

I was in the process of looking through Dell's offerings for a new small-office work PC, when I decided that I might as well upgrade my home PC, and re-purpose some of the components into a seperate office computer.

My current home PC (from sig):

i5 3570k
Gigabyte GA-Z77X-D3H
EVGA GTX 970
Cooler Master Hyper 212+
Kingston HyperX Fury 16GB 2x8GB
Crucial m4 128GB
Seagate Barracuda 2TB
Samsung SATA DVD
Corsair HX 650
Corsair 600T
Win 7 HP

With the exception of a new case and new copy of Win 10 Pro, I was thinking that I would use almost all of the components for the office PC. My thoughts:

Office PC:

REPURPOSE CPU----- i5 3570k
REPURPOSE MOBO----- Gigabyte GA-Z77X-D3H
REPURPOSE COOLER----- Cooler Master Hyper 212+
REPURPOSE RAM----- Kingston HyperX Fury 16GB 2x8GB
REPURPOSE SSD----- Crucial m4 128GB
REPURPOSE DVD----- Samsung SATA DVD
REPURPOSE PSU----- Corsair HX 650
NEED NEW CASE----- Nothing flashy, professional looking...Dangman used to have a great list of options
NEED OS----- Windows 10 PRO

Home PC:

NEED NEW CPU----- Looking at 7700k, lots of MMO gaming, some video encoding & streaming
NEED NEW MOBO----- Good Quality

REUSE GPU----- EVGA GTX 970
NEED NEW COOLER----- Corsair Watercooling? Hyper 212?
NEED NEW RAM----- 32 GB
NEED NEW SSD----- 256GB or more

REUSE HDD----- Seagate Barracuda 2TB
NEED NEW DVD----- Something cheap & reliable
NEED NEW PSU----- Corsair?

REUSE CASE----- Corsair 600T
NEED NEW OS----- Windows 10 PRO

Budget is flexible, as it is mostly business expense obviously.....;) Let's say around $2000

Does this sound like a good plan? Suggestions on components? Thanks in advance!
