I just recently placed my order for an Antec P180 to be used for my new q6600 build. What do u recommend i do with this case to improve the cooling in this case yet make it as quiet as possible? Should I dump the antec fans and buy all new? How many? And should I buy a fan controller? Thanks!

You should replace all three stock case fans with S-Flex SFF21F. These fans move a lot of air while being pretty quite.

You should replace the stock fans with fans that can move more air. Also get an extra fan for the 3.5" bay mounted fan option. So at least four fans. If you can, dremel out holes in the MB tray for cables, kinda like the p182 has. This will prevent the cables from blocking the air flow.

I ordered 200CFM delta fans for cheap off ebay for my P180. I'll get a fan controller for them of course. I'm also planning to install an air duct for the ultra 120E. You can buy air ducts for 120mm case fans. I think I'll want to cut out an extra 120mm hole in the top for the duct's exhaust.

An other thing I've done with my current case is take the stock fans that were replaced and suspend them in the middle of the case with long twist ties to help direct air flow.
