Upgrading my OC'd BBA 9800 Pro

Hey guys im thinking about selling & upgrading my OC'd BBA 9800 Pro and buying either an ELSA 6600 GT AGP http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814119148 for $156 or this Leadtek 6800 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814122193 for $188, which one do you guys think will show more of a performance increase in games, also whats the chance of being able to unlock the extra pipes for the leadtek 6800? 50-50 ? And lastly will either of these cards be bottlenecked by my P4 2.8 533 fsb cpu ?

Also what do you guys think i could get for my BBA 9800 pro thats Oc'd to 412/385 by bios , the card has AS on it and this HS/F http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16835108022 I got 6,850 in 3dmark 03 last time i ran it, when i ran i had to run the card at 407/380 because i dont have that good of cooling in my case plus its summer now lol, in the winter i ran it at 412/385 , the guy that had the card before me ran it at 424 core/385 with a vmod and got over 7k in 3dmark 03. Let me know how much you guys think i could get for it.
