I need a cheapish case without a power supply. The current case I have isn't long enough so there isn't much room. The HDD in the cage overlaps the motherboard and there isn't much room to work with.

Coolermaster Stacker, may not be cheap, but that is the best full size atx case IMO, pleanty of rrom for HDs. I put all my HD's in removable aluminum bays in that thing, makes RAID 1 more functinal. Granted I don't really see when the drives will die, but it just looks good too.

I consider cheapish to be around 75. I'm already upgrading a motherboard from my crappy MSI neo2 plat, so I don't want to spend over 100. I would do 100 if I found a really nice case that didn't look tacky.

You should really look at he CM stacker, it is over $100, but it isn't all gawdy, it's sturdy, very roomy. I think it's one of the more practical cases, as long as you don't mind the size :)

I feel like selling it to you, but I don't want to give you a motherboard that restarts on stock speeds while playing games, and often times can't boot all the way without being restarted a few times.

Anything with a sideways hard drive mounting system would be sufficient for you.

Antec Sonata, Antec Superlanboy, Antec lanboy, Antec P160, etc.

Don't just look into those cases though, those are the only ones I really know off by heart. Explore your possibilities with Lian Li and Coolermaster etc.

super lanboy would be my suggestion. But since you asked this in the case modding section, do we have a commitment that a dremmel will touch it in the future? :D

I didn't post it in the case modding section, I posted it in general hardware, and it got moved for some reason :p

But now that you bring it up, I would really like to mod my case, but I don't have much experience, so perhaps I'll play with my old one. :)
