With income tax money coming around the corner its finally time to upgrade my video card, even though i should probably upgrade my whole system I may do that in the real decent future as well if i have enough money. My currently system is a Intel Q6600, 8 gigs of ram, 1-128 ssd, 2- 1tb hard drives. and a 750 watt power supply and a 24" Dell monitor . My video card is a EVGA GTX-275 and looking to spend around $200. My monitor resolution is 1920x1080 and I play mostly MMO's like GW2, WoW,and will also be trying out Crysis 3 I when it comes out.. What would be the best video card to get?

Thanks

If you can swing $220 go with a 7870, if you have to be under $200 look at the 7850 or GTX660. Any of those cards will be a nice upgrade from your 275, use less power, and run cooler.

A Q6600 is going to bottleneck all of those cards, but u can get a 7870 with some games for over $200 and sell the codes to make it $200 or less

Look for an AMD Never Settle Reloaded Bundle card. Real hot right now

I figured the CPU would bottleneck anything I get and hopefully will be able to upgrade that as well shortly after the video card..

Thanks for the replies, how are the drivers for AMD now i heard they were pretty crappy before..

After I posted yesterday I started to look for video cards from those that has suggestions i came up with

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130833 for nvidia 3 year warranty

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150605 for Ati lifetime warranty

Any comments on which would be the better card?

The HD 7870 is better performing. I like this heatsink/fan on my GTX 670. Thing's built very well and its quiet and effective. Think its the same one on this GTX 660.
