1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
School and light gaming (LoL, CS:S, Maplestory)

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?

Actually, what you originally want is no upgrade at all. In fact, it is merely a parts replacement for a failed motherboard, a shitty PSU and a cramped case - or (more likely) you have all of those spare parts just laying around and want to build a system based on those core components (in other words, you have no spare case, PSU or motherboard). In other words, you're keeping the exact same core components, such as the CPU, GPU, memory and hard drive. Thus, don't consider that an upgrade at all - but instead, it is actually almost the exact same system in a new shell.
