I just received an old machine that doesn't quite work. I need to upgrade it with some cheap components and want to know if everything will be fine and if you think it's cool.

What I got that I will use: Antec SLK3700 BQE case, Seasonic 420W modular PSU, two SATA HDDs and a DVD burner (even a floppy drive as well)

What I'm thinking I will get:
AMD A8-3870K Black Edition 3GHz QuadCore CPU
ASUS F1A75-V PRO mobo

I needed an ATX mobo for cheap that has graphics output so my options were limited.
What do you think? Score from 1 to 10? Which RAM do you recommend? I think 4GB of it will be fine.

Computer will be used for general computing tasks and God knows what, but nothing serious. Will run Win7 Pro 64-bit. Has to last quite a few years. Further upgrades are unlikely. Components will be bought from a local shop.

Thank you.
