It just locks up right before it suspends/shuts down - the only changes I made between when it did and when it didn't were chipset and video drivers.
I don't have an older version of the chipset drivers to revert back to anymore. Boot-up time is incredibly faster, though, 12 seconds as opposed to 45+ before the upgrade; this not shutting itself down or suspending is the only bad thing about the setup now. (Well, that, and the computer never stays off when I hold in the power button, but I attribute that to a crappy PSU)
Any help would be much appreciated.
Windows XP Pro, SP 1a, no critical updates left to apply

Cheapie 300w Award PSU that came out of a Lian-Li PC706 case
- Installed the new chipset drivers (nForce Unified 4.24)
- Rebooted OK
- Installed the new video drivers (Catalyst 4.7)
- It locked up at the "Windows is shutting down" screen.
- I reverted back to Catalyst 4.5 but still the same problem.
