Upgradeable computer for 400

What's your final list? I like this combo:
$150 - COMBO: LIAN LI Lancool PC-K62 + XFX P1-650X-CAG9 650W Modular

The only minor issue i have with neopowers is that they're not 80+ certified. :( Though, i do know they're good units.
