Upgrade..

Hi. I've been thinking about upgrading my computer. I dont have alot of money but i have some. Right now my computer is..
Athlon xp 3200
1gb pc2700 ram
6600gt 128mb agp
I also have 2 256mb pc2700 ram but i dont have enough slots right now for it all and I'd like to reuse the ram i have now unless i really should get faster ram.Im thinking of upgrading to this..
ASRock 939Dual-SATA2
Athlon 64 3000+
I also want to get a new case..
and a power supply
and untill i can get a better video card i was thinking of getting a new fan and overclocking the video card i have now.
All together this should cost about $350 after shipping. Is it worth it or should i wait or any suggestions to make it more worthwhile. Will there be a noticeable diffrence after? Thanks.

id save up and get better items if i was you no offense a 3000+ proccessor is a little small.
there will be noticable Difference since its AMD 64 sure, what i would do is save up alittle more and get something top notch im not sure how many games you play or if your even a true gamer but hardware does count

I'll be playing mostly games on it. With the DFI id have to get a new video card because that dosent have an agp slot. Im also probally going to oc the cpu so i figured i could save a little money on that and get a 3000. I might get the ram but I already have 1.5 gb. Is faster ram worth it?

nah with id just stick with the 1.5 gigs you got now.

The power supply I picked out before is not there anymore. Do you think this will be good for a few months untill I can get a better power supply. It will also lower the amount im going to have to pay by about 50 dollars.

yeah that will do but if you get a better vid card go up in power maybe to 500 or even 550
