Upgrade woes, please help

Ok I am out of work and have very very little upgrade money.
Right now I have:
Asus A7v333 MoBo with AGP 4X
Athlon XP2200
512 MB Ram pc 2700
Geforce 4 ti 4200 64MB

I am thinking of selling this for say $200. Is this worth it or could I get more out of it? I know someone interested in this but I do not want to rip them off.

I have a 40 gig HDD this is starting to be a problem, space is getting low

Then I was gonna get this

Kingmax 184 Pin 512MB DDR PC-3200 - OEM

SOLTEK "SL-K8AN2E-GR" NVIDIA nForce3 250Gb Chipset Motherboard For AMD Socket 754 CPU -RETAIL

AMD Athlon 64 2800+, 512KB L2 Cache, 64-bit Processor - Retail

ATI RADEON 9500 PRO 128MB DDR DVI BULK

All for 385.00
So I would be paying around $185.00. Then eventually get another bigger HDD.

Or I could keep what I have and get
512MB pc2700 so it would give me a gig of ram
80 gig Hdd
9800 pro
but my existing mobo is only AGP 4X

What is the best way to go. sorry so sloppy.

your current rig is worth more than $200 (I'd say $250-$300 - at least that's how much it would be worth here..). As for the upgrage path - I'd get the 64 bit platform..

You should be selling for more than $200. But hey, if you're going to sell that for $200, let me buy it! :-X!!!

Really, I'd suggest you to just buy a newer hard drive and keep on saving for better parts. The ones you planned on upgrading to is getting a lil' stale for today's standard (if you follow that anyway).
