upgrade video card, or ram?

I recently built a new system with the following specs:

Athlon 64 3000+ newcastle
ABIT NF8 motherboard
512 MB corsair XMS
Antec 430 Watt TruePower
:( ATI Radeon 9600XT 128MB :(

I can either, RMA the video card back to zipzoomfly and get an e-vga 6600GT for about a hundred dollars more (after restocking fee, and return shipping) OR get another stick of 512 MB corsair XMS for the same price. What would you do?
 
lol, i have the same exact problem, with diff specs

im not sure what im going to upgrade, but im leaning twords a vid card
 
I would either save and get both at a later date, or get the videocard now, and hold off on the ram till you can afford it...
