Upgrade suggestions

Hi,
I currently have an aging 8800gt and want an upgrade card for around £150 (US$230).
I stick to 1680x1050 resolution and my other specs are:
Intel core2duo E8500 3.16GHz oc'd @ 4GHz
Asus P5N-T Deluxe
4GB DDR2 6400
Enermax Pro 82+ psu (425W)
Windows 7 Pro 64Bit

I know that a 425w psu is a bit low these days but it's a solid psu but can upgrade that too if a new card will be pushing it too much.
Any help gratefully recieved.

HD5770 or GTX460 (uses more power and may be pushing your budget).

Your PSU is quality (80+ Bronze) and should handle either video card fine. Although overclocking may push the PSU a little hard, so if you get the money a stronger PSU wouldn't hurt.

He listed pounds, so hes looking at euro prices....... why I was unsure if the GTX460 is in his price range.

Just been looking at the gtx460 and hd5770 and this one caught my eye for £129.24 (US$198.99) XFX ATI Radeon HD 5770 XXX Edition 1024MB http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-163-XF&groupid=701&catid=56&subcat=1515
Less than a gtx460 which means i could get a psu if needed aswell
I see from other discussions that some peeps prefer the 460 over the 5770 so without looking at benchies i'm assuming theres pro's and cons for both cards. The only games i'm playing atm are dragon age origins and mafia 2 and the 8800gt is still an able performer albeit if you don't max the settings out lol. I'm wondering if i should wait a few months and see what happens price-wise or jump in and get one now lol.
