I am upgrading my rig. And I need to know the best ram that I can get for about 100 bucks. I have a asus p4s800-mx mobo, 2.4C and I will be overclocking. I just got some watercooling too. This is my first time building a pc. So any suggestions are welcome.

No it can run in any system that supports DDR which I believe yours does. You can buy it brand new for about 195 so its up to you.

And since you are overclocking then you will want to get some quality RAM like this.

Yes, its about the same as what I have only a little bit worse on the timings, but it should still do good for your budget.
 
What do you mean worse? So the ones you picked are better?
Because aren't the ones i found one ebay for more performance?
Please correct me if I'm wrong. Which one of these two would be better for oc?
