I have $100 - $150 to upgrade to an SSD or better system memory. What do you recommend?

System:
ASUS CM1745
A8-5500
ASUS F2A85-M
12GB Ram (4GBX3) ASint
1TB Toshiba, 5400 RPM
GTX 660
Corsair 600W

Thanks for the help!

That really depends on your system usage. The SSD will increase random file access from the hard-drive, and memory will allow you to buffer more from the disks.

personally for day to day all around usage, I'd say with 12gb of RAM, the SSD would be more noticable.
