I just bought an X2 4200+ Toledo core OEM and I have 2 questions:
1) What is the likelihood that I can use my stock single core 3200+ Venice HSF with no OC'ing on this? I can see the X2 is a lot thicker- will the clasp accommodate for this?

2) I remember hearing stories about peeps having to reinstall XP after upgrading to a dual core CPU- what are the chances that I will have to do this?
