Upgrade or not?

I have an Asus P5LD2 Deluxe mb with Realtek ALC882 on-board sound. If I am to upgrade sound, is this Diamond XtremeSound XS71DDL or this Creative Sound Blaster Audigy2 ZS would make any difference?

Thanks for advise in advance!
 
The Audigy will make a big difference if you game a lot. For music and movies the difference isnt as much
