Remeber, I am going to be using this rig mostly for gaming. Mostly newer larger games like FarCry & BF:V.

Any Suggestions Welcome!

I would upgrade that video card to a 9800xt or better, anything else is not a very significant upgrade. An x800 would probably be best if you want to drop the cash.

I would also bump yourself up to the gig of RAM. In my experience, Corsair is nice stuff and I would just get more of the same stuff.

That processor will overclock nicely, but I wouldn't upgrade if you don't want to overclock.

Lastly, I don't know much about P4 boards, so no suggestions there.

I don't know very much the motherboard you're using but if you want the best get a ASUS P4C800-E Deluxe from ASUS . I would also get a SP-94 Heatsink from Thermalright w/ a vantec 92mm tornado fan and overclock it as far as possible.

also get another stick of 512mb....a 9800pro 128mb would be a good addition (without breaking the wallet) if you sell your 3d card
