Well I've been starting to get the upgrade itch lately.
I have currently.
DFI Lanparty NForce 4 SLI:-DR
Athlon 64 3500+ s939
2x seagate 120 gig 7200.7 barracuda
Corsair Value Select (Dual Pack) 184 Pin 512MBx2 DDR PC-3200
Rosewill ATI X800 XL 256 mb

I am thinking a new 64 X2 processor, replacing my mem with 2, 1 gig sticks and maybe a new graphics card.

I am trying to figure out what the diff is between these 2 processors?

I am guessing that I am going to get an out of stock message when I do order them, even though the page doesnt say anything about it.

I will be updating with GFX card and mem ?'s soon but this is my big roadblock so far.

Ok I found the difference it is the stepping.

What is the difference between E6 and E4 stepping?
