upgrade from crossfired 4850's

I'm currently running 2 1gb XFX 4850's in an Asrock M3A785GXH board. (PCI Express 2.0) Processor is a Phenom II X4 955.

What single card would you replace this with? I currently on run a single 24" monitor, but may add a 2nd one.

Maybe one of these? (GTX560)

I'm not loyal to Nvidia or ATI. Would prefer to stay under $200, even at or under $150. I play Diablo III, Call of Duty, a little of everything, but not hardcore.

My current cards seem to be flaking out a bit. I think they might be having some overheating issues.
