Upgrade from a Dell 1907FP??

I have an aging Dell Ultra-sharp 1907FP and I want to upgrade to at least a 23" LCD for under or about $200 I was thinking about the Asus VH236H but I am open to all options out there as long as it has HDMI, DVI, VGA and audio out
