Upgrade from 4670?

Looking to spend around $100 or so for an upgrade, doesn't need to be passive. What's going to give me the best bang for my buck?

System:
Phenom II x4 @ 3.6ghz
8gb DDR2 @ 900
Dual monitors max at 1280x1024.

I can play most games with decent settings now but it's been awhile since I've put invested in anything video related.

Sapphire 6850 is going for $135 shipped before rebate (and $120 after rebate if you wanted to redeem that too). You really can't beat the value you get from the 6850 at that price. It will be a huge step up over your 4670 too.

I went from a 4670 to a 4850 and that was a nice jump. Im thinking 4850 to a 6850 is an even greater jump, so jumping from 4670 to a 6850 will be almost mind blowing.

Dont know if you bought a card, but in Hot deals section under newegg deals. Newegg has a HIS 6850 1gb iceq card for 139 after the hardocp promo code is used. Then there is a $10 dollar mail in rebate to bring it down to 129, and with free shipping. It also includes dirt 3. You may be able to sell the dirt 3 for 10 or so bucks to bring the card even cheaper.
