1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc

Primarily gaming

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?

Roughly $1000 inclusive

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.

Onboard wifi would be nice

Other comments: When gaming, I am willing to lowering resolution down to 1280x720 if it means a higher average framerate. Is there enough information on Haswell to determine if it would it be worth it to wait? Currently gaming on a AMD Phenom II X2 550 3.1GHz w/ ATI Radeon 4830
 
First of all, you don't want thermal paste. You want thermal compound. Big difference.

Additionally, if you're willing to wait it out until Haswell comes out then I would highly suggest doing that. Haswell will be bringing a new socket to the table like Sandy Bridge did when it came out. We don't really know what all new it will bring, but you can expect a few % faster, clock for clock than IB. If you don't care to wait, then that's fine too.

Are all of those hard drives SATA?

Double check on that PSU. It's important.

If wifi is all you need, we will most likely just suggest an add on wifi adapter since it will be noticeably cheaper to go that route than to go with one of the motherboards that has it built in.

Which games are you playing? What is an acceptable average framerate for you?

How old is the Corsair PSU? How heavily was it used?

Which specific hard drives are you reusing? (Please give the brand, model, and age of each drive.) What "other peripherals" are you reusing?
 
Thanks for the help, I'm not in a huge rush so I will hold out for Haswell
