i'm looking to upgrade my amd 1600/ati 8500 system for about $400 US. i'm looking at picking up an amd 64 s939 3000 ($159), 512 MB ($66) and an msi fx5700 128 mb ($97). any thoughts on the parts selection? worthwhile upgrade? any suggestions on a motherboard? i'd like one with onboard sound and lan, reliability over oc.
