I just built a new rig and installed xp for 3 days while waiting for vista to arrive. Vista is here now and the install went fine. I did what I thought was a clean isntall of HOME PREMIUM 64 oem.
I installed (or tried to isntall) the lastest VISTA 64 drivers 97.46 and even tried the BETA 100.59 vista 64 drivers but keep getting this error message
"you are running a 32 bit version of Nvidia unistaller on a 64 bit system (binary type I386) Wrong version of uninstaller - exits now"
(and then)
"Set up detects the OS in use is not Windows Vista [64 bit]"
(and exits install mode).
Does anyone know how to load the new drivers? What is causing this error?
Please help.
