Updating Bios

I have an Asus P5Q Pro mobo.
I see there are 3 updates for my bios. I am running a stock bios for the time being since I reformatted. Do I need to update them sequentuly or can i just pick up the latest one and update with that?

The latest one would be the one you want...bios is not like game patches.

I suggest you wait a week or so after a new update to make sure no new bugs crop up. If your system is stable and not having any issues, no bios update is really needed unless you want the latest updates. Not all bios updates address major issues and are very specific to a need on the board.
