updating bios on IP35-E

I need to update my bios on a abit IP35-E. you can't do it with a floppy disk because its not enough disk space to add the bios file to it . Is there a window file I can use to update bios I want to get me a dual core 8400 :D. I tried to use a usb drive I got it all wrong:mad:
