It's the same article that's been up for months now, except they added the ability to download the fix instead of forcing you to call Microsoft for it.

Thanks, doesn't seem to do shit in Source Engine games with broken Crossfire tho... probably not a bad thing to have installed anyway.
 
No you definitely need it. Unfortunately the thing that patch fixes is not the issue with Crossfire.. Crossfire is the issue with Crossfire lol.
