Hey guys i have a question for you. I just recently bought a gateway netbook and was wondering if i should upgrade the netbook or build a new computer. My other computer just recently died so im in the market to upgrade or to get something with a little more power. I dont game much on the pc but i do watch movies and mess around in photoshop.
Which should i do or do you have any another ideas?

If you mess around with photoshop than, that gateway netbook will struggle. You can't do much as far as upgrading the netbooks ram and harddrive. Build a new computer. You don't need to spend that much money on a graphics card since you're not gaming. It also depends on how much you want to spend on this pc build. You may also consider reusing some of the components from your other computer if you want to save money.

I guess when you mean upgrade your netbook, it means to upgrade to a more powerful notebook? It really depends on what you will primarily be doing on the pc. What is the specs of your other computer that died?
