Unstable system

I just started to oc my mobile xp and my system is hardly stable in anything besides windows. Right now its at 2200mhz (11x200). at first i tought it was the memory timings (2-2-3-6), relaxed them to 2.5-3-3-8 and it still wont prime for more then 15 mins (3dmark03 stable)
System used to be stable with some shitty pc2100 ram(2x512mb kvr266)
Voltage is at default.
system specs:

Mobile Athlon xp 2500+
2x512 mb Kingston Hyper-X 3200
Zalman CNPS 7000A AL-CU
Asus a7n8x-e deluxe (1009 bios)
Asus Radeon 9600xt tvd
Seagate 80gb SATA Hd
Antec Sonata
 
Agreed, raise the core voltage and leave the RAM timings at stock settings - that RAM is supposed to run at 200MHz with no problems.
