I have a Lian Li EX-50b with 5pc 2tb harddrives.
It used to give me 80-90mb/s which is normal.

But now something odd has happened according image, according JMicron HW Raid manager all harddrives work.

Looks to me like one of the drives might be having massive problems. I'd take a look at the raw SMART data for the drive with the skyrocketing "read error" rate.

We need a little more info. Can we see the logs from your jmicron controller, as well as smart info from all your drives. It is also possible something is interrupting the writes to your array, av software or something of the like.

Thanks guys, I know with single harddrive I can use dos from harddrive manufacturer to find defective drive.

But how do I do this for Raid5?

I'm suspecting it's the 2nd drive from top that has problems because alot of the times when all other harddrive LED is off that one is on, so 99% sure that one is defective or something.

If I remove 2nd drive and use HDtune would it show better results?

If the raid does not expose the raw SMART power it down remove and test each drive individually. Remembering to put the drives back in the same order (may be important on some raid).
