Unrevoked - 1 click root for HTC Android phones

Trying it on my Incredible, but it seems stuck on "Waiting for reboot..." even after rebooting.
 
Not good. I uninstalled HTC Sync, as was suggested. Now my screen is black with a small picture of a Droid and a red triangle over it. Can't power down, can't recognize the phone. Should I yank the battery?
 
That's what the default recovery screen looks like. I'd yank the battery.

My favorite parts were: "Waiting for 5 seconds because Windows sucks" and "Waiting for 3 more seconds because, seriously, Windows sucks."
 
Now, I can't recognize the SD or internal storage. I'm failing to see what good has come from rooting my phone.
